REQUIRED:

• A Hall with the ability to hold a minimum of 350 people.*
  • Coffee & Donuts for AM session.*
  • Lunch (Local will receive check for $3500.00 to be applied towards expense)*
• Small room for Executive Board meeting
  • Seating for at least 18
  • Coffee & Donut set up for E-Board Meeting 
• Head table with seating for at least 4.
  • Table should have tablecloth & skirt.
  • Space for PFFM Podium. 
  • Water & glasses
• Table for Local sign in (to be placed in lobby or entry to hall)
• Table for selling PFFM Stickers and small items
• Tables (2) for selling PFFM Clothing
• Table for 50/50
• Tables (4) for guest vendors
• Four (4) members to serve as Sergeant-at-Arms (Compensated by the PFFM)

NOT REQUIRED BUT RECOMMENDED:

• WiFi Capability in main hall.
