BRAXTON STRONG - Helping A Brother's Family in Need
Updated On: Jun 06, 2015
Brothers & Sisters:
As some of you may be aware. One of our own, Firefighter Kyle Mchale's 2 year old son Braxon was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. The family already have immense medical bills due to insurance not covering Hasbro hospital in Providence where Braxton currently is. Below you will find a link for a donation page started by his family to help Kyle and Jessica with the financial toll. Any amount you can give would be a huge help to the family.

Family and friends of Jess and Kyle are teaming up to raise money to help financially assist Braxton's journey to recovery.
With Braxton's recent Leukemia diagnosis on 10/21/2013, Jess and Kyle will need as much help financially and emotionally as we can possibly provide. Braxton's battle to fight this disease has just begun and it will be a long journey for everyone closest to them. With inpatient treatments occurring for a minimum of 1-2 months, it is imperative Jess and Kyle have the means to not only support, but also be by Braxton's side every second that they possibly can. The money we raise via GiveForward and other donations will be used toward medical bills as well as household bills. Braxton will begin his treatment on 10/25/13, four days later than expected due to a problem with insurance. At this time, unfortunately, Braxton will not receive treatment at Boston Children's Hospital like we originally hoped. Rather his chemotherapy will take place at Hasboro Children's Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Jess and Kyle are in contact with Boston/Hasboro and their insurance company to see what needs to be done so Braxton can receive care at the hospital they originally wanted. Until then, treatment cannot be delayed any further. Please help us in supporting this very humble and grateful family. Together we can get baby Braxton back to health.
Please join us in raising additional funds on November 2nd a 4:00pm @ Trinity Bar and Restaurant in Norton, MA 02766. The cost is $20 and 100% of all donations collected will go directly to Jess, Kyle and Braxton. If you wish to donate in another way - hang flyers, share on FaceBook, hold raffles, donate gift cards to grocery stores, Walmart, Target, etc., please feel free. All ideas are welcome! Thank you all so very much for your continued support!
